Calserv develops cost conscious tailored jigs and we can cater for some unusual sizes and applications – please see the case study below.  If required we can also design and build a custom calibration bath, so if you think our experienced staff and talented machinist can help you we welcome the challenge.

Case Study

Calserv were asked by a leading aerospace company to develop a means of calibrating an averaging probe (Resistance Bulb Thermometer) that was some 7.6M long.  The resulting bath was designed, built and validated and Calserv has been providing UKAS calibrations in it ever since.
